AFAIK, that’s only on the transverse-mounted EcoBoost 3.5, and it’s done for space reasons; the longitudinal EB35 in the trucks (including Navigator) uses a traditional external water pump. (FWIW, I looked up the water pump for a ‘24 Navigator, and it shows an external water pump.)My cousins Lincon Navigator required pulling the engine to change the water pump which Is internal now.
