GSG 522 or HK mp5 22 SBR and can

Ok well I was about to buy a GSG 522 to SBR and attach a can to when I stumbled across the HK mp5 22 while searching for info on what the easiest way to SBR it would be.

So a few questions, whats the easiest way to SBR either of these weapons and which would be the better buy in the long run? Is the HK version really that much better built?

Can i buy a pistol version of either of these and just add a butt stock? And is the 3 lug adapter the only way to attach a can to one?

Ok so I finally got my hands on a HK mp5 22 and the build quality is leaps and bounds better than the GSG version but its not nearly as easy to SBR as the GSG is. But I think I have a good idea how to do it. Just gotta buy one and test my theory haha.
