Gunsmith recommendations

I have a Bayard Pieper single shot 22. Its not striking the primer hard enough to fire. I suspect the problem is the seating of the cartridge in the chamber more than the firing mechanism. Any recommendations for gunsmiths in the greater OKC area for something like this?

The gunsmith shop in the old downtown Moore area, I think R&S is the name, it's in the phone book. I'm pretty sure they would be able to diagnose and fix your issue. They have been working on a variety of guns for a long time. I have used them a time or two with good results.
