So, what actually passed was the decision to vote on the over ride, now they have to vote to over ride the veto?

Is the bill still the same, or did they have to change any of it for the over ride?

If I understand your question correctly, The bill passed the house and the senate, but Henry veto-ed the bill. Now the veto-ed bill is before the house to vote. If the house has enough votes to override - it goes to the senate for the same vote.

Same bill that was sent to the Governor, no changes.
