HDR image 1st try--HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Here's what I consider a better version of my 1st try...

I still don't quite see it as being HDR - what are you using for the bracketing? How many shots over and under exposed?

Here is a recent one from my trip to Australia - 3 shots - 0, -2, +2

Photomatix - the ONLY program when it comes to HDR - it is the cream of the crop...

Another one a little more extreme

Boomer, I'm using CS2. What advantage do you see with photomatrix? I've never used that program.

You have MUCH more options as far as tonemapping goes - there is a trial on the internet of it - I recommend it 100% - I didn't even know CS2 could do REAL HDR - check out Photomatix - you won't regret it - hdrsoft.com I think
