Everyone is going to have to agree what we are fighting over before we will have a war. At least the civil war was split by geographic area. This would be a lot of skirmishes and ultimately would end up being about whose dog crapped on whose yard and who cut who off last week in traffic. People would forget what they are fighting for extreamly quickly. They would just be shooting people they don't like.
