Thank you excat. Although my original question has yet to be answered. Does no one have anywhere like that to shoot/train? Or is it just that no one wants to share their spots?

plenty of indoor and outdoor ranges in the Metro.

I mainly only go to public ranges. I had private land I went to, but he started a business up on his 15 acres, so we don't shoot there very much anymore.

Edit: There is no "public" place that I know of to do what you are asking.
