I also watched last night on Fox, that an EO is not binding unless it pertains to a law that has currently been passed by congress. The president cannot make up laws, that is in the constitution. So any EO that he enacts that is out side of his presidential authority is illegal. What will happen, according to Newt, is that the White house will get sued and it will get caught up in court and quite possibly ruled unconstitutional AND/OR the House could possibly choose not to fund any organization that decides it needs to follow that illegal order. Be it the BATF, TSA, FBI.. whatever. The house controls the money. PERIOD, end of DISCUSSION. All we need to make sure is that our lawmakers KNOW this and make sure that they stand their ground on it.
