My spring broke and my door seemed like it weighed 1,000 pounds. I got it fixed by Wenkler Door in Bethel. It was about $200.

I have State Farm and have some kind of home maintenance coverage from them. It’s seems like it works somewhat like these home warranty company’s. I have no idea if they actually pay for stuff though. I did just replace my HVAC system last week and it cost me $12,050! But I am very happy with the install and the company that did it. Won’t use nobody else ever again. Got a Bosch 4 ton heat pump and air handler with 15Kw heat strips. They also had to fix some ducts and tear out my old system and platform. They used this deal called a hung right. It’s pretty cool.
