Must have more details. What petition? Whos the maternal grandfather? What age is the child? What county?

Glad it all worked out though. Grandparents rights are not a priority in Oklahoma but they can sometimes throw a monkey wrench in things.

The petition was for grand-parental visitation. Basicly, they wanted to see her without having to have us around. My father in law is the maternal grandfather.

Yes, she is doing well. She was very happy to hear that we won. She wants her grandparents to apologize now.
