I am all for letting “the market” sort things like this out … not the courts.
If people don’t like that a company requires real females with genuine lady bit parts … don’t go there. Go somewhere else. You don’t like girls in tight shirts serving wings and beer? Go somewhere else. Same if a company/business allows trannies to work there and you don’t like, don’t go there.
Same with smoking. If the owner of an establishment allows smoking and you don’t for whatever reasons like it? Don’t go there. Take your business somewhere else.
With that, if an employer has defined what they expect from their employees … from dress code to not having a dick to whatever … that’s the employer’s call. Because one does not meet an employer’s standard(s) … they are not a “victim”.
