so today of all days, I go out to feed my dogs. One dog doesnt come up to the door. I start calling and looking around. No dog to be found. I start walking the yard and notice a bunch of tree branches scattered in the corner. Neighbors, who I have had multiple problems with, trimmed their tree and let it all fall in my yard, since its right up on the fence line, there is also a small amount of damage to the fence, and a hole dug underneath, appears to be from there side...This isnt the first time, and the last time, I called the police. They said there is nothing we can do, they cant make them give the dog back (other dog last time). We have had problems with their dog, them, their kids, etc and I am tired of it. Wish she would get deported or lose the house or something. They are so trashy and cheap its ridiculous, especially considering they live in an almost 200k house. Their dog was in my backyard trashing it at 4 oclock in the morning, the night before we were having family over after a funeral, had the yard all set up, and he destroyed the chairs, tables etc. Went to let them know, they pretended not to be home, and her kid was on the roof at the time? Jr high aged kids, out at all hours off the night. I am at a loss as what to do, my kids gonna flip. Hopin he just sneaks back in the yard if they let him out. Sorry, really just needed to vent I guess. Tempted to throw that crap and then some back in their yard. Gonna call code enforcement on some questionable stuff for sure, their barn is about 6in off the property line, and blocks the view from my dining room...
That's ridiculous. Make sure and throw all those branches in their yard, what are you afraid of? Next time their dog comes in your yard, call animal control and have it picked up, simple as that. I have issues like that all the time and the cops don't do crap, only thing left is to take matters in my own hands, and I do. I use code enforcement on them also, everything I can find to complain about.

Why not make their life a living hell and force them to move? I've lived here 11 years and have too much invested to just up and go. I've moved about 4 families. I use the resources available to me to do so, the city is one of them.
