i need help with SBR

i want an SBR so bad i can taste it LOL. does anyone help you fill out the paper work so you know you have completed it correctly cause i do not want to wait longer due to my inability fill the paper work properly.

is there gun shop in Ok that does that.

Not sure about OKC, but I'm saving for the M7 upgrade from Troy Ind. the Tin Star Shooting Range in Weatherford is very helpful on paperwork and getting everything in order. Have a couple buddies that got 10' Ar's from there.
