After four sets of grips, and four different sight set ups, I finally think this is the way I'm leaving her. The Apex hammer and forged .312 trigger were the final items on my list. Still have to do some test firing and tuning on the DA trigger pull weight. I'm hoping that the new hammer will set off primers reliably at 7 lbs.

Decided that my cylinder could stand to lose a few extra oz's so I asked my brother to throw it on his lathe while he was working on his own custom 617 build. His 617 will have a short cylinder that has been cut in similar fashion with a lightweight sleeved and compensated tension barrel. I'll post pics after it's complete.
