Ha! I like to go by medium husky. I run about 5'11 and 225 on a good day. Depends on how much of my wife's fantastic fried potatoes I eat!

Haha I'm not a very mean guy and I am young(21) so no offense is taken. I had major surgery on that(right) leg knee and hip last year and it is still a pain to workout and work right. I lifted my shorts to "flex" I take progress pictures to keep myself motivated.
