Sounds like for you, it'd be the 19, although I'd strongly suggest consideration of the 17. (With a little effort and planning, and the right holster/clothing combination, you should be able to conceal it just as well. It all depends on what you're willing to do.)

I have a Glock 30 and 21, neither of the SF, and the 21 conceals just as well as the 30 for me in my IWB from Crossbreed. (Of course, I'm not 5'9" and definitely not in danger of tipping the scales below 200, so things are pretty easy for me to conceal!)

The 17 is definitely the best one does all Glock. But considering your input as to it's primary use I'd consider a 19, or a 23 with a .40-9 conversion barrel for range use.
