I had to see a wound care Dr. Back in Nov. and I was very pleased with each visit once a week for 6 weeks, to treat my leg and redress it. I highly recommend Dr. Martin and his nurses. It's the integris wound care center just a bit north of NW56th on Portland, caddy corner across from deaconess hospital. Just thought I would share that in case anyone needs that kind of care. They do everything from burns to ?? They have a hyperbolic specialist also. (I think that's what it's called)
Never waited in the wait room more than a few minutes and the nurses and Dr. Are top shelf.
Today was my last visit, the wound was closing up fast and today it's gone.
Dr. Said the speed was due to my protein intake as I had told him I try to get 80-100 grams a day. So protein is key to any healing process.
