you do not need license to have a gun even a loaded gun in your home. has been this way for many years. you need a handgun license when 1) on your person outside your home whether loaded or not 2) if loaded and in your car.

the exceptions are hunting, historical reactments, particiating in recognized sporting events like skeet, trap, or pistol shooting at a range, idpa, etc. these activities allow you to have a loaded gun upon your person without a license.

I for one would like to know who he is to steer people away from him. is he teaching the OK Handgun Lic course (concealed/open carry) or something else?

You do not have to be inside your home. Just on property your property.
Which I find odd on the vehicle part, cause isn't the vehicle consider an extension of the home? The reason employers now can't have policies against a firearm in your vehicle on their property.

I will add. You don't need a license to carry open on your own property or property you control.
