Is Oklahoma a Second Amendment Sanctuary State?

Where was that, Missouri? They declared themselves a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary State?

And they issued a proclamation that any feds who had the temerity to come into the state for the purpose of arresting a Missouri citizen for a violation (of an arbitrary federal law that conflicts with state law), would themselves be arrested?

I thought I remembered an Oklahoma legislator who proposed such for OK. Did that get off the ground?
