what brand of ammo did you end up getting at the gunshow? I am fine with steel case as long as my rifle will cycle it well. I will just pick up a couple of boxes of each brand to see what she will eat the best.

I was picking up some social ammo for the AR, 9mm , and 38spl/357mag. I did have a little trouble with steel case ammo at first. Don't know if it was a slower batch, or the rifle was maybe still tight inside. After a bit, tried some Monarch and Tula and it has ran it all just fine.

tulammo is cheap good for plinking at the range. not re-loadable, but.... as far as brass goes, I really like this company: http://www.southwestammunition.com/range.htm
