My Hilti 22 sure is.
Most accurate 22 LR I have ever owned, a K22 Masterpiece S&W. 6 shots covered a half dollar at 75 feet. That is one of three firearms I really miss.

Never tried nails or tacks but shooting flies is great fun. When I first started it was just if a fly landed on a target. Then I would get a can of cheap pop shake it up and set somewhere safe and close to the target. Shoot it and the spray would get on the paper and here come the flies. Target rich environment. A game warden stopped by one time and asked what I was doing. Told him hunting over bait and I hoped it wasn't illegal. He just shook his head and left.
I think my Son`s Henry could be a nail driver in the right hands...
