In addition to the Secret Santa we also do a "For one of our own". See the quote below from dancer4life.

....we also pick one member on the forum that has had a rough year due to financial problems, medical problems or anything that has made it a rough year for them.
With this, once we pick a member for "One of Our Own" gift giving, they will receive a special gift from all the members that want to participate.
As a participant, you can do both by participating in the Secret Santa and the One of Our Own or participate in just the Secrete Santa or participate in giving to just the One of Our Own member.

Please let me know through private message of any suggestions for the "One of Our Own" gift give away.
