32 Ounces, yes thats two pounds, of USDA Choice T-Bone. How this wasn't advertised as a Porterhouse I don't know.

Forgive the last pic. My wife already hacked into it to give some to my son. Man that filet was tender. And no I did not finish the sucker.

Looks very good. I have 5 teenagers, plus my two boys tonight, so we had hot dogs. I should have left all the kids and went to your house for dinner. lol

Well done, Dan.

I just got one of those 50-50 grills that Lowe's had on sale last weekend. I've been wanting to go back to charcoal, but still have the convenience of gas when I'm lazy. Haven't fired it up yet, because of the high fire danger lately, but can't wait to grill a big ol' ribeye!

Dude, I gotta get my grill replaced, finally gave up after 6 years. I was looking at the infrared grills at Lowes over the weekend. Anyone have any experience with them? Are they worth it or just another gimmik?

I have the Charbroil Professional Series Infared grill at the house. I love it. I can throw the fattiest meat on the grill and not have a single flare up. perfect even temps across the grill. insane heat. Uses much more gas than my old grill.

Whoa ... and I though EF had a lot o' meat ... lol

Charbroil Professional Series Infared grill, huh?? I'm gonna have to check those one of those puppies out. This having only an old-school charcoal grill is really cramping my style. We are usually cooking outside more than we are inside by this time but because of the burn bans we haven't cooked outside once this year ... GAH!
