It's getting chilly out there..

Maybe I just got used to the heat, but many it's chilly out this morning. Looks like the high for the next week is 81 with lows in the 50's. Time to break out the hoodies and jackets. I must say I've been looking forward to it.

What's everyone planning on doing this winter?

Another 20 degrees cooler and we're talkin chili, beans and cornbread, homemade stew.

Feels great outside. I think the wife and I are going to the zoo after breakfast. Allways nice when it is cool out and the crowd is not as bad.

Best time of the year!

The grass is still green but it grows so slowly I don't spend a lot of time mowing.
It's not dark all the time like Winter.
Lots of good football left.

Could've used this weather on Friday/Saturday. Went backpacking in the Wichta Mountains and it was hot/muggy!
