I watched SIRIUS yesterday in its entirety, from what I gathered during the telling of the DNA scene, was that yes it was in fact "HUMAN" but it also had EXTRA Chromosomal pairs that could not be identified or categorized by CURRENT genome software, as the software we have is written by humans, to follow the laws that we KNOW to be true, therefore all the extra chromosomal pairs were discarded by said algorithm's in the software, and the conclusion it came to was that it was Human, which is impossible from what the dysplasia specialist said.


Seriously doubt we are alone in the universe, it is quite literally infinite, the only question is will humans ever even become a type 1 or 2 civilization so that we can reach some of these distant planets and systems and explore the universe as a species? Probably not based on the principle our society is built on, pre-determined scarcity and control of commodities and goods through production is the society we have, not one built on open technologies or furthering scientific development for the good of our species, we are most likely doomed to become the very oil we suck out of the ground now at some point in time, Ironic isn't it, that if we instead focused on technologies such as N-Energy and Anti-Gravity fields we would not end up as the very finite resources we abuse now.
