Mixed feelings for me. Reactions like those of Yeager and Jones and our own reddog1 represent my own anger and frustration. But I know that even though my blood is boiling inside this is a time when that anger needs to be held in check publicly for the sake of 2A.

The purpose of the 2A was to insure that we the people had the weapons needed to stop the kind of government tyranny we are seeing now.while yeager is half a nut job tell me where he is wrong?

The Revolution that brought about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights was fought because, among other reasons, colonists in America were being taxed by the British but were without political representation in England. Any legislation passed in Washington that concerns firearms will be passed by duly elected representatives of "we the people." If Congress does pass a bill you do not like, that hardly makes it "government tyranny".
To answer your question about Mr. Yeager...while the video in question has been removed, I seem to remember him saying something like he would "start shooting" if things went any farther, or something along those lines. That is where he is wrong. He makes gun owners look like blood-thristy fools.
