Lemeetellya, that works. Or shoot a concrete wall and the bullet will travel about 3 to 6 inches away from the wall.

That was discussed when I went through CLEET. We never got to try it and it wasn’t demonstrated.

On the Kansas forum, there was someone who seriously said this--that birdshot bouncing off a concrete driveway was not lethal force. The problem was that he honestly believed that a shotgun with birdshot was not lethal force.
