Wow....I've not listened to her very much. I kinda thought maybe the word-salad accusations were just cherry picked from a couple of bad performances. But it's really that bad.

I remember taking speech class in college. I was appalled at the incompetence of many of my classmates (and I was a shy homeschool kid who didn't like speaking in front of people). Some of Harris' lines in that video remind me of those classmates. She sounds like someone who just doesn't have anything meaningful to say, and/or isn't familiar with what she's talking about, so she just embellishes her speech with wordy nothings and repetition.

Yes. Those horror stories of her incompetence, her lack of intelligence, "sleeping her way to the top" and her complete lack of political skills (her 'pliability' for use by her political handlers)... are, sadly, quite true. But the saddest part is that a significant percentalge of the citizenry are stupid enough to believe her generic speeches about bringing 'joy' to the White House.
