kershaw 1005 knife

I have recently purchased a kershaw model 1005 survival knife. It is in mint condition but i believe it may be missing a couple of the items that came with the knife. Does anyone know where i can find a list of all the items that came with the knife from the factory? I am just wanting to get it back to original as much as i can. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I would contact Kershaw. Their customer service is good good and I bet they could give you the info you are looking for.

I found it on a facebook knife swap page. I paid 50 dollars for mine but they are going for much more on other sites. Thanks for all the info, i will let yall know if i find what i am looking for!
