Looking for some more land. Interested in counties surrounding Tulsa. Also, in Sequoyah and Cherokee counties. Remote and live water would be great as would utilities and a water tap.

If I find the right deal, I'll invite you all to Uncle JB's barbecue.

My family has 10 acres near Coweta, I believe they are trying to sell. Has a house (will need to be demolished/removed).

Minimum 40 acres. Max...depends on price. Raw land is fine. Mineral interests a definite plus ( but difficult I know).

Joker, I plan on building the JB Books School of Indoctrination.
