I thought they could not charge it until it was ready to ship. At least it was that way when we had our business.

I think I need to go up there tomorrow and bust some balls, all the way to the top.
If I get banned from Lowes or here again, it was with good intentions.
I'll start with another phone call. I also met with my friend Marty (the lead manager of the warehouse) and hes going to shake things up on that end.
