The small mounds of dirt that are lighter than the ground.

And which chemical is best to deal with this?

Doesnt look like grub damage, they only eat the grass roots so it just turns the grass brown and you can easily lift it up and see grubs under it.

I can only make the one pic you provided and I did that before asking. I asked for better pics. I would like to see a little more area. I don't see much of a mound of dirt. It seems like it is about 3/4" deep at most? Is it about a foot long by 6 inches wide? Until we determine more information, I wouldn't recommend any chemical other than dihydrogen monoxide.
