Leather sheath bleeding help?!?

My grandmother was a farrier, had 24 pairs of shoes and lived on a cobblestone street raising 32 children fathered by a cobbler who had no shoes.

Well, I love cobbler.... with vanilla ice cream.

If Tandy Leather is still around, they offered a leather "sealer" that painted over whatever dye was used. Never had any project I made bleed after sealed with it but I haven't made anything leather for years.

Its called super sheen or satin sheen use it on all my sheath projects.
