That’s kinda sad. I would never put a dog in the trunk. You should only do that if someone owes you money.

It's my understanding that it's common practice among breeders in Europe because cars are so much smaller. 🤷 I dunno for sure -- all I know is she and Shadow thought they were living the high life in the back of that Suburban. Lol

It's not what you think... The rear seats of the Cruze fold down to make a large, flat, open area that extends from the trunk to the rear of the front seats. I just did that to give them room to spread out and sleep. It's not like I just put them into an enclosed trunk. That light colored yellow sheet is actually the back of the rear seats that are folded down.

I was talking about the German dogs. I think we all know you wouldn’t do that! The large space is pretty sweet for dogs when the seats are down.

I have always gotten my GSDs from the same breeder. She does NOT treat her dogs poorly by any stretch of the imagination but those dogs can tuck themselves into spaces and go to sleep that even a Chihuahua would find "close". Even after years of being able to stretch out around here -- and there is PLENTY of that just so you know -- I will catch them curled up in a t-tiny ball, paw covering their eyes, nose tucked under their tail, sound asleep and snoring like an old man in his recliner. 😍

Looks like they worked on cleaning your window too, lol.
All my trucks have Bonnie nose prints. Easton is pretty stoic while riding and does really bother anything. I used to try to keep the windows cleaned off but gave up fast, because it’s like she’s attracted even more to a clean window. :rolleyes2

This little girl has her paws full! She just had to have 8 on her first litter. They are three weeks old tomorrow and growing like a weed. Dad has the piebald gene and parents are 12 to 13 pounds at fighting weight.

Those are some sweet hound dogs. We really enjoyed meeting them and their people.
