Lone Survivor Foundation raffle pistol (Durning Defense Custom 1911)

Good afternoon,

My name is Anthony Durning I am the owner of Durning Defense Customs out of Tuttle Oklahoma. We have a great opportunity to build a custom 1911 pistol that we will be raffling off to raise money for the Lone Survivor foundation to support our veterans, later this summer. My Friends at Brownells have donated all the internal parts for the build, and my friends at Caspian Arms have donated the slide and frame as well. Chris Peters of Metaloy has donated the hard chrome finishing for the pistol and there is much more, Myself I have donated my shop and time to build the weapon. Mr. Roy Huntington of american handgunner magazine will be running a story with a picture of the pistol in his editors insider colum apoun the completion of the raffle. So here is your chance to own a pistol that has been seen in a national published magazine!

Thanks to all of the above for your support and gerrish donations to a wonderful cause.

I would like to thank Big Boys Guns and ammo, H&H shooting sports, The daily Oklahoman, Sgt Grits and Fort thunder harley davidson for there support as well. H&H shooting sports complex in oklahoma city has offer to display the pistol upon completion for public view before the raffle.

For those that don't go to boomer shooter, here is the gun right before it left the shop for hard chrome, the gun shot a 1.004 group @ 25 yards with Winchester wal mart special ammo, I will have a match grade ammo test target upon completion.
