I wish I could say but due to a confidentiality agreement I can't publicly say at the moment. Which is why I need an attorney. But basically it has to do with liabilities and proprietor laws.

Good luck getting an attorney to return you calls and good luck finding one who knows the law. Most don't.

I called 2 lawyers that was recommended by members and haven't got a response yet. SMDH.
