city will get involved and condemn it if you get the news involved!
?? Gotta have a navy when the bugaloo starts!Sell the boat and buy ammo and dry goods and water.
Just go get it all ASAP before all your stuff disappears. I'd take a couple buddies.I'm moving, there is more to the story I haven't provided, basically one of the "tenants" has eluded to the possibility of my boat disappearing, I've already paid the rent for September, I suspect I will just write that off.
Its most likely being used as front nowSo you are thinking they know about it, but can't do anything about it?
I think they know about it, but I can't reconcile why they have turned a blind eye to it. This place was really good before, great pricing, and it was always 100% occupancy with a wait list. Now it is 50% at best. Why would someone buy a business and let it go like that?
I'm looking for all of the financial reasons, the only one I can think of is washing money...
Sell the boat and buy ammo and dry goods and water.
The boat is 24 years old, bought it brand new, stills looks new. We've had many great hours on it, had the family and grands on it last weekend. Even though we have talked about selling a couple of times, the fun times with the grands makes it worth keeping.
Boat wont go back to the storage, it's tucked away safely in the neighbor's garage until we can find a new place.
I have some things to pick up from the boat stall, and a few things I want to keep from the storage stall, after that I'm going to leave them open and the storage "residents" can have a free for all with what is left.
Most of the good stuff in the storage stall was picked through when the Manager failed to tell me my locks were cut, and the units sat unlocked for 2 months. Several hundred board feet of cherry, walnut, and rift sawn oak were taken in addition to 2 tubes, and all of my life jackets were taken from the boat stall.
