Don't discount grease in dusty dirty conditions, do your research.

Grease - Slide GLide, WeaponShield, Frog Lube? Mobil1 or Valvoline or Aeroshell

Oils - WeaponShield, AmsOil original, Mobil1, Militec-1 (no so hot for corrosion etc.....)

Hmmmm, seems one fits all.

I use mobile One in a spray.... you can Really get down in there....8)

jk, use q-tip type application

How many lathe ways are greased? How many spindles? None. Grease is for sealed bearings. It's just a suspension of OIL and OIL ADDITIVES in a binder. Grease is terrible gun lube.

Well, pulled out the AR I had soaked in remoil 4 months ago from its case, and I'll be damned if it wasn't bone dry. Put a thin layer of the EWG stuff on the bolt carrier, We'll see how she shoots next weekend.
