Here is my CMP M1 Garand with baby brother. I gave the Garand to my father on his birthday. I missed it so much I had to buy another one. Guess I should take a pic of that one also.

Here's my 43 / 2,08X,XXX in a new CMP stock. One of these days I am going to find an era stock to put her in!

I really like the wood it's wearing now. I know it's not authentic, but it looks nice.

Suhweeeeet! I would kill to add an 03 and a .30 carbine to my collection

I've got a CMP rifle that I got for my 14th birthday. It was in pretty rough shape when I got it.. the barrel was shot out, there was a significant crack in the stock, hell when I opened the cleaning kit door sand poored out of it.. I've always wondered what the history of that was.


I sent it off to Roland Beaver at Old Corp weaponry about 10yrs ago and gave it the overhaul..

He sent it back to me shooting right at 1MOA, which was more than I could ask for out of an old battle rifle!

I got lucky with the A3 and carbine both were my dad's ,the garand I picked then blue sky flooded the market years ago ,but it's not one.. All three look good in the photo ,in person you can see the dent in the stocks wear on the metal.
