1. Individual producers Licensing at state Level - $20k
2. Corporation Producers License at State Level - $50k
3. All Deliveries made from production to retail establishment are to be called in to state oversight agency, and is GPS tracked from the second its on a truck until it gets to its destination.
4. No person with ANY felony convictions is to be a part of this business whatsoever, not even if not working directly with the plant.
5. Retail establishments will be REQUIRED to have full video surveillance 24/7 as well as Production facility with 24/7 surveillance to be monitored online by state agency, with 20 days of footage backlogged for viewing by said state agency.
So if these are not enough for you, go live in Russia once it becomes legal, because the people trying to be a part of it are giving up their right to personal privacy just to PRODUCE a product, which either way you slice it is more valuable than 90% of what Americans do for work.
