Can't speak for other city's or state's gunshows but I know that at Tulsa gunshows the majority of the tables are held by licensed dealers requiring proper paperwork and NICS. A few private sellers with tables but not many. However, the unknowing public is led to believe otherwise from the antis.

This so called "loophole" law they are trying to impose would also affect private sales that are not related to gun shows. It's hard to imagine not being to buy a single -shot .22 from your long time neighbor without a bunch of bs.
