they can have bathroom breaks. And also I think he goes while others are asking questions.

If they leave the floor they yield it, so no he can't leave...
either an adult diaper or he's holding it little a big book.

Sen. Cruz is reading Shakespeare now!

The senator, speaking for hours, was later joined by Democratic Sen. Ron Wyden of Oregon, as well as fellow Republican senators -- all of whom dragged out the filibuster by asking Paul lengthy and drawn-out questions. At one point, after the filibuster neared it's eleventh hour, Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas began reading numerous Tweets in favor of Paul.

That tactic allowed Paul to take brief breaks -- which included a snack break when the senator ate a Milky Way candy bar -- before resuming his speech.

Someone better bring him in some real food and ask a very long question.

The President is having dinner with a group of Republicans tonight. Makes a strange contrast to this. "Hmm... which should I do - schmooze with the Pres and see what I can get from him or stand up and filibuster to protest his out of control power expansion?" I believe Coburn is dining with the President.
