I've been wanting an IWB holster for my .44, but really didn't want to spend a lot on something I don't plan to carry a lot. So, decided to try my hand at leatherwork. I made a sheath for my knife first to practice, then went for the holster. Bought a few basics, including a double shoulder at Tandy, and got to it over the weekend. Here is the result.

Need to do a little work on my stitching: you may not be able to see it in the photos, but it's not quite tight enough. There are other little details that need some work as well. But, I'm pleased with the final product for my first try! Now I'll set to work on a little Ruger LCP IWB for my mother.
