A buddy of mine just moved to SD. It was homecoming in the town he moved to. The cashier at the grocery store made him show ID to buy eggs. She said thay cant sell minors eggs around homecoming.

The cholesterol increase would probably outweigh any benefits you gain from losing weight.
This ... those whites get too danged rubbery without the yolk to moisten them up ...
I cut out my two 32 oz dr peppers from QT a day and I have lost 17 lbs. Its amazing how bad that stuff is.

Same here, now if I could just find someone in my area to work out with I would be well on my way... It gets boring when your doing it by yourself....
