I was taught to return things in as good, or better, shape than when you received it. Yeah, my Dad would have kicked my arse all over the yard.
I hate borrowing, and I get screwed every single time I loan something. I loaned a 2” transfer pump to a friend to use to drain his swimming pool. It ran great when I took it to him, and after a year and a half, I finally got it back and can’t get it to crank.
My brother borrowed my 5’ bush hog in April. I needed to use it a couple weeks ago, and he told me he hasn’t used it yet but still needs it. Basically, he wasn’t giving my mower back until he’s good and dang ready.

I appreciate the offer, but I ended up bringing my bigger tractor and have a 6’ bush hog at my place up here. It’s hooked up now and fixing to get a workout over the next couple days.I've got a 5' brush hog you can use. Just come by with a trailer.
I can probably find a spare $10 Friday.I think we should have another OSA fundraiser and buy this guy a mower!
