Name That Rifle

A range friend asked me to identify a rifle that he inherited about 20 years ago. I have photos but I have not personally seen the rifle.

It looks like a Kentucky rifle with double triggers to me, and the real deal at that. Your input is appreciated.

without a makers mark and due to the poor inleting of the lock and trigger assy, and some of the squareness of the wood shaping. I would guess 50's-60's black powder kit well aged.
Might also be a conversion from an original flintlock with a store-bought percussion lock. Looks Ike the rest of the inletting is well done. All the kits I looked at in the 60's & 70's had makers marks and calibers stamped or engraved on the barrels. I was born too late to have much experience of 50's muzzle loader kits. :cry11:
