Do you have access to a car when you get there? If you are going to have to rent when you get there, might as well go ahead and get one now. 7 hour drive and overall cheaper.....I'm sorry bout your sister.....I would do as others said above if you are going to fly. Southwest is good with the military...Explain your dilema. I have seen Southwest employees give away their free flight time for others in need....Good luck and I will send prayers your way...

You can still rent a car under the age of 25, their is just an additional fee. I usually use Enterprise and we have had to send some under 25 people away on business and can get them a rental car as long as they have a drivers license and a credit card.
The other option, which would not be my first choice either, is to ride a bus up there.
Well guys I just got some excellent news from a very nice man who really has helped me. I have a way up there now and he really has made this holiday very special. He is a member here and this is why I come to this community you guys here truly care and are very good people. I wish you all a wonderful holidays and thank you for all of your prayers!
