I know that you can contact Colt and they can verify the serial number and a gun history report for 100 bucks but there are like 14 colts. On the sellers dime however I did find that one of them is mismarked online it is service model ACE .22 lr. I tried looking at the Colt standard catalog last night at the book store (didnt feel like buying it) and some of the 70 series dont quite match so I dont know.The Estate rep (client) has no or little documentation for the guns but thinks all the gold cups are gold. Like I said I dont know a lot that why I ask question here, cause more minds equals more knowledge.
