Ratchet strap around the girth of it one of those 2" wide ones.
Then run one under the safe and tie the ends to the one around the girth.
You now can grab the girth strap and pick it up.

I have a dually dolly also that is super stable.
Took a regular harbor freight dolly and put a longer axle in it and 4 wheels for a much better dolly.

No dolly needed, use 3-4 pieces of 2" PVC (or whatever size. 1" dowel rod works too) and role it on that. One comes out the back, move it to the front. Turning wide when needed.
I'm not really sure I would want anyone ratchet strapping around "the girth".
Sounds a bit painful.
I miss the days of being able to say "it only weighs 310, you just hold the door and ill do the rest." Who am I kidding? My pride says I can still do it.
