Need powder

Hey floks, first post, jointed yesterday. Have need for 700-x powder i've looked everywhere and it seems everyone is out of stock. I'm very new to the reloading game my first attemp at loading some 45 acp didn't not turn out very well. As it turn out i used the wrong powder. Anyway its good to be with you guys.

Welcome to the forum! There are several different powders that will work for .45ACP loads. Unique, Blue dot, and so on.

welcome to the forum and reloading. like dennis said, there are many powders that will work. i've loaded with 700x and it's a nice clean powder but harder that heck to find. you might look at winchester super target, hp 38, etc. good luck on finding much at all right now though!

I'm pretty sure that they just ceased producing either 700X or 800X, I forget which one. As said there are tons of powders that work in .45ACP.
